Bathroom size is uncomfortably small!!! Air conditioning units need to be more powerful for the heat!!! Reception staff should provide better service instead of ignoring guests!!!

I was quite unimpressed with the lack of courtesy from the staff, not a single smile to be found. The bathroom was ridiculously small. To top it off, I certainly woudl've expected some sort of upgrade for paying a premium. How careless of them! Almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

amazing access to landmarks and parks for weekend strolls

I found this hotel to be perfect for long walks, being just a short stroll away from Queen Sirikit Park and almost 2 km from the famous Walking Street, where I enjoyed exploring local life.

The location was exceptionally nice, about 25-minute walk into town. The room was compact and reasonably sized, could see city from the window. Genuinely helpful staff members especially on the reception desk and kept the hotel fairly clean😀
